When booking any colouring service, Brazilian treatment, or Glossing/Toning, you must also book a finishing service (Blowdry or Cut & Blowdry). Look out for the "Note" in the descriptions of the services.

Yes, you need to book a finishing service! I run a full-service salon where clients never leave with wet, unstyled hair. A finishing service includes blowdry and styling to ensure you leave looking and feeling amazing. This is especially important for colour services—you must book finishing along with your colour appointment. It's part of my commitment to having every client walk out feeling like a million bucks.

This is very important! I work on a tight schedule to ensure every client gets the time and attention they deserve. Please select the correct hair length when booking, as incorrect timing can lead to appointment cancellation. For colour services, you must also book a finishing service (blowdry/styling). Booking without the proper time allocated affects not only your experience but also other clients who have booked correctly. I want everyone to walk out feeling like a million bucks, which requires proper scheduling.

As a freelance master stylist and solopreneur, managing bookings through Instagram or phone takes time away from what I do best: making you look amazing! Your first appointment begins with a consultation where I'll ask about your hair history, lifestyle, and what you're looking for. Feel free to bring photos for reference. I want to make sure I understand your vision before I start.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. I understand that life happens—just let me know as soon as you can.

Please let me know as soon as possible. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid keeping other clients waiting.
